Do you service outdoor units?
Yes, we service outdoor fireplaces. We do not service custom fire pits though. Can you install a remote for my fireplace? Most gas fireplaces are remote control compatible. |

Yes, we warranty our work and only replace parts with OEM. What is included in a service call?
Within our service call, you'll benefit from a comprehensive 19 Point Inspection (Cleaning, Servicing, Repairing, up to the replacement of parts.) Should your unit exhibit faulty components, our technicians will dedicate the time to clarify the necessary steps and cost to restore your fireplace's safe and proper functionality. |
